Ghaz' Nii pulls from his belt a small blade and begins walk quietly through the door way. You turn to your friends motioning to them to remain silent. Ghaz' Nii begins to slip quietly through the hall when suddenly a man dressed in black garbs, forcefully pulls in Ghaz' Nii by the neck. Ghaz' Nii tried to wrestles forward to gain balance, but the man's arm locks onto his neck, choking him. Holding a blade to his lip, he whispers quietly in Ghaz' Nii's ear, forcing Ghaz' Nii to surrender his blade.
You move forward, when another man walks into the Hallway and say quietly, "I would think twice, daughter of Enop, if you want to celebrate the day of your birth."
Filled with fright, you along with your friends are filled with anger that it wells up into tears.
"Now that I have your attention, where is your father, daughter of Enop? We wish to speak with him."
"I do not know where he is... Why are you doing this?"
"For our Blood. You must understand, daughter of Enop, your father has something we want. Something we need to rid ourselves of this desert suffering. To bring back the natural order of the land, ruled only by the Dymais. We are the custodians of that which has come from the sky, which a piece of it is held prisoner by your father. I simply am a disciple to obtain it, and to be a part of the future that will free us of our oppressors."
"I do not know what you are talking about. What does my father have that is of value to you?"
"The Stone... Show me where he hides it, and I will spare you, your friends, and your father."
You look down to the wooden floor, not understanding the importance of a stone. Why would your father want to protect a stone? You look up to the man and with tears, saying to him, "I know nothing of this stone. Please, we have nothing in our home, in our possession such as a stone. What would we do with it?"
"Enough of you whimpering. Give us the stone, or I will spill this man's blood. Then, I will kill you and your friends. After that I will find your father, kill him, take the stone, and burn your house down."
Your friends gasp and cry with great fear.
"Now, give me the stone!"
"WHAT STONE?"
The man pulls from his scabbard a curved sword while walking towards you. Suddenly, the man holding Ghaz' Nii is knocked down hold the side of his head in pain. Freed from his captor, Ghaz' Nii grabs his small blade to lunge at the man who wanted to kill you. Your father, Enop steps out from the opening in the Hallway. You and your friends run to him, while Ghaz' Nii wrestles back your killer. Upon reaching safety, you see another shadowy figure running to Ghaz' Nii.
Your father calls you, "Run with me." You follow him quickly.
